There are now several sites here at Montana-Made Trading Post where you can buy fiber. We have raw wool fleeces and roving. Handspun yarn from local sheep. We have spinning wheels and weaving looms. Be sure to check out the free Classified Section.
Fiber Journey~ Diana has gone to several ranches in the Yellowstone area here in Montana to pick up wool sheep fleece from the owners. She has raw wool fleece from Romney Sheep, and Churro wool fleece listed. From Montana Ranches to your home all at a reasonable price.
D&A Ewe-Nique Fibers~ Deb has her own spinning flock with Cheviot, Romney X Hampshire, Targhee X Columbia, and Jacob. She sells raw fleece and wool by the pound - made to order just for you. She has in stock sample/variety packs with raw and washed samples of a fine, medium and coarse breed of wool. She will be offering prepared fibers including roving and batts, along with some dyed fiber.
